Interesting or Stupid?: The White Chamber

The White Chamber is a new independant game released for free by Studio Trophis. The game begins with a young girl awakening in a sarcophagus on a strange space ship. As you explore the ship it becomes obvious that something horrific has happened and you are left to try and make sense of it as you make your way towards the white chamber.

The theme of the game seems to be very Hellraiser or Event Horizon based (I think theres even a direct quote in the game) and uses imagry and sound extremely well to create tension. The White Chamber uses a anime style imagry and lush 2d backgrounds, though I feel the cartoonyness of some of the graphics detracts from the atmosphere.

The game is a point and click adventure game (a genre I hope is seeing a resurgence) created using the Wintermute Engine and is free to download off thier site.
